Martyn Hodges - Managing Director

Martyn left the Royal Marines after seeing many years of active service in some of the
most high risk regions in the world where he was attached to Special Forces. He worked as a consultant for a large private security company in a highly volatile area of Iraq where he was instrumental in the reconstruction effort. Highly regarded within the security and risk management community, Martyn has overseen the dramatic growth of the business and is the strategic visionary behind the Oxberry group of companies.

Harry Rule MSc RCDM - Operations Director

Harry specialises in Risk, Crisis and Disaster management, and is a leading consultant within the oil and gas sector for projects in hostile environments. His level of expertise focuses on nation building and Corporate Social Responsibility where he has gained extensive experience establishing liaison teams in Southern Iraq, Latin America and Africa for many large International Oil Companies. Harry is a Master of Science in Risk, Crisis
and Disaster Management and provides turnkey advice on pathfinder start up projects for Oxberry Risk Strategies.

James Bellamy – Commercial Director

James Bellamy joined Oxberry Risk Strategies after holding directorships with a travel media company and a private equity firm specialising in the emerging markets of the
Middle East and Africa. Prior to this he worked with a multi-national security and risk management group supporting the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office, UN and DFID
in Iraq after a diverse career in the Royal Marines. James oversees business development, compliance and quality assurance, marketing and the corporate growth strategy for the Oxberry Risk group.
